Escudo Martial Arts Supplies Exchange Policy

At Escudo, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers in martial arts and training. We carefully inspect all our products before shipping. However, in case of any defect, damage during shipping, or an error in the product, we offer a clear exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the following exchange policy carefully:

1. Exchange ConditionsEligible Products for Exchange:

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product if you are not satisfied with it, provided that the product is in its original condition (unused), with all original packaging and accessories such as manuals and attachments.

Non-Exchangeable Products:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products with defects or damage caused by misuse.
  • Customized or specially tailored products made for the customer.

2. Exchange Period

The customer may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product only. After this period, no exchange requests will be accepted.


3. How to Request an Exchange

or through WhatsApp support on our website.

You will need to provide details such as the order number, product name, reason for the exchange, and a picture showing the product’s condition if there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Exchange due to change of mind:
  • The customer will bear all shipping costs related to the exchange, including the cost of shipping the replacement product.
  • Exchange due to a manufacturing defect or error from Escudo:
  • Escudo will cover all shipping costs for returning and replacing the product, including the shipping of the replacement item.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

We carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure quality. However, if a product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or an error on our part, we take full responsibility.

The customer must report any damaged or defective product within 3 days of receiving it. In this case, Escudo will cover the costs of exchange and shipping.

6. Shipping Company Damages

Escudo will take responsibility for damages caused during shipping. If the product is damaged during transit, we will immediately handle the case and replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.


7. Exchange Process

Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be shipped as soon as possible. The time required depends on product availability in stock.

The replacement will be shipped in the same method as the original order (depending on stock availability).

8. Important Notes

  • Please check the product upon receipt and inform us immediately if there are any issues.
  • If the replacement product is not available, the customer may choose another product from the same category or of the same value.
